1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Boca Tanning Club Weston website, booking services, or visiting our salon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our tanning beds without parental consent, per Florida Statute § 381.89.

  • Clients under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a consent form in person.

  • We may request valid photo identification at any time.

3. Health & Safety

  • All clients must follow safety instructions and posted guidelines.

  • Protective eyewear is mandatory for every tanning session.

  • Clients should disclose any medications, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before tanning.

  • Service may be refused if tanning poses a health risk.

  • Pregnant clients should consult a physician before using tanning devices.

4. Florida Law Compliance

  • We follow all Florida Department of Health tanning regulations, including session time limits, sanitation protocols, and equipment maintenance.

  • Minors under 14 years old are prohibited from using tanning devices.

  • Session frequency must follow manufacturer recommendations.

5. Memberships & Payments

  • All memberships and service packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Monthly memberships automatically renew unless canceled with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Failure to follow these Terms may result in membership cancellation.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended for certain services.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 4 hours in advance.

7. Liability Waiver

By using our tanning services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tanning carries risks, including skin damage, burns, premature aging, and increased risk of skin cancer.

  • Boca Tanning Club Weston is not responsible for any personal injury, medical complications, or lost/stolen property.

  • You accept full responsibility for your tanning sessions and results.

8. Conduct

  • Clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other customers.

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or threatening behavior may result in refusal of service and permanent ban from the salon.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Boca Tanning Club and may not be used without written permission.

10. Website Use

  • Our website is for informational and booking purposes only.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our website.

11. Privacy

  • We collect and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
